This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a high growth tech-enabled services brand that is revolutionizing real estate for owners, residents and tenants.
The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for identifying, developing, and prospecting new property management leads for FYVE via outbound telemarketing efforts. An Inside Sales Associate is excited to engage in prospecting efforts, enjoys talking to people on the phone and creating meaningful professional connections. Their professionalism and resiliency will serve to support of the FYVE mission to redefine real estate for owners, residents and tenants with technology and superior service. This person is likely the first interaction a new property owner prospect will have with Fyve and we want to have this individual provide a warm and professional experience.
Responsibilities:
Working with the Sales Director, sales support, marketing and service organizations, the Inside Sales Associate role responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Make outbound sales phone calls, warm prospects, we will provide the leads; you will smile, and dial!
  • Daily CRM management, enter clean contact and deal data, create tasks as needed.
  • Attend sales and company meetings as requested, be creative, spontaneous and engaging.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of Fyve products and services.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience:
  • Minimum 1 years of Sales experience.
  • Minimum 1 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent computer and typing skills are necessary.
  • Prior experience working in Property Management / real estate / telemarketing. (Preferred not required).
  • College degree. (Preferred not required).
  • REMOTE (Eastern Time Zone Preferred).
Compensation: $40,000 base salary plus unlimited commission/incentive pay.
